LIFETIME SUPPORT
FiLink support is required on all of our email encryption services for a low, one-time price of $249. We know that our customers need timely, knowledgeable support for their sensitive emails so we do a few things that you won't find from most other security vendors.

INSTALLATION AND SETUP
Filink includes full assistance during your setup and installation process. While for most customers this is a simple matter of exchanging some information with us about your domain, we are always available to assist you with any type of questions or challenges that arise. We can assist you with making DNS changes, configuring your mail server, selecting and setting up policies, and troubleshooting any issues. There is no additional charge for setup and installation.
